Claim intimation

Members have the option to inform Medilink in advance of their hospital admission or discharge. This advanced notification allows us to provide improved and proactive member service.

e-Card

An e-Card serves as identification for a member and their dependents covered by a health insurance policy, offering information about their chosen third-party administrator (TPA).

e-Cashless

When members anticipate the need for planned hospitalization, they can take advantage of this service. They can obtain pre-authorization for their hospitalization before the actual admission date, easily using the member portal/app.

Locating a hospital

Medilink members have the ability to view a comprehensive list of accredited hospitals through our app (Medilink) or portal (medilink.in). Members can then choose a preferred network hospital.

Reimbursement claim submission

Members can digitally upload necessary hospital documents (claim file) through our app or portal to initiate the reimbursement claim settlement process. Physical copies of the claim documents can be provided upon request by insurers for original document verification.
